Great usage for what it's worth
I used this a lot when I First got it. I had aches and pains in my knee and the meniscus side to be specific. After doing mainly leg works with calisthenics style with the band, my knee pain has faded away slowly. I'm much happier with myself and it's helped me improve my hip strength and endurance by a lot. I've started to grow muscles in the hips/outer glutes more and it's shown.My band is starting to give a little stretch to it because I've used it so frequently but other than that, this is an amazing product.

This is my first resistance band purchase and I think it works amazing. I showed it to my more gym/workout savvy brothers and they said they liked it too. looks sharp and it has some rubber areas for gripping on one side. would recommend.

So happy with this purchase. They do not roll like the rubber bands do. I got a large and it has a lot of tension.

Best Band!
Best band I’ve ever used in my life. This is a must buy. You won’t regret it, I’m 5’9 and weight 173lbs. Muscular and lean, I bought the large and it’s pretty great resistance .... super happy I didn’t get a medium or small lol
