Timken 203FF Pilot Bearing

These items were used to fit a 2017 Nissan Frontier SV. I decided to replace the bearing only in each of the pulleys on my truck. I ordered a few different sizes to determine which size would work. I ordered a few of these. I refused to pay 145.00 for one specific pulley from Dealer only. I couldn't find any after markets. The old and new ones were pretty easy to remove and replace with a vise and socket. I''m very pleased with the outcome. They also arrived quickly.

Fit was good

You need to avoid the cheaper bearings in this arena! Timken is quality! The old bearings were easily tapped out using an appropriately sized socket and also tapped back in. The whole enchilada took about 10 minutes! Saves you HUGE on buying new parts already assembled.

Used to rebuild a 1G 100 amp alternator from a 1989 F250 diesel. This bearing is held in by three retainer screws, just remove those, push the bearing out with a light tap, push this one in, re-install retainer screws. 3 minutes later - new bearing. Fits perfectly, functions perfectly.

This is the bearing that is used in many idler and tensioner pulleys. I buy these multiple at a time because they're common to go out and its $20-$30 cheaper to change the bearing in the pulley rather than the whole pulley.

After 180K miles the blowers idler pulleys on my 03 Ford Lightning had started to get a little noisy. Instead of replacing the pulleys I just replaced the bearings in them with these. They work great and are made in the U.S.A. I recommend these if you need a 40mm x 17mm x 12mm double sealed ball bearing.

Replaced bearing in 2003 Subaru Outback belt tensioner & idle pulleys for a fraction of the cost of new pulleys from dealer (who doesn't sell just the bearing). Super easy job using minimal hands tools. No actual press needed, just use washers & a bolt.
