Excellent if you need a back support. This is wide and long.
It's wide enough (for me) and long(for waistline) and has extender included, if you're wide. Good as a support, easy to let air out and in( just line up the holes in the clip. For me, I pumped the air and leavethe air inside( air stays if you disconnect the pump from the belt. The only thing is that the tubing on the belt is sticking out, it should have a pouch or hidden so it's not obvious. Overall it's an excellentproduct, it satisfy my concern when I bought thisproduct.

It works the very first time
My husband and I have back problem, and I ordered this belt, I have to say the very first time that I used the belt I was very happy . I had it on for two hours while doing things around the home, after taking it off I felt such a relief on my back.

After about a month, the product began to loose air, and I couldn't find a place to return it or talk to seller about replacement.
