The strap is much as expected and is sturdy and should last many years
The strap is much as expected and is sturdy and should last many years. The ball is harder and smaller than I expected and I find it hard to use, but it was an extra in my mind anyway. The promises booklet did not come with it nor the website from which to download it. I was sent a request for an evaluation from the company several times within a week. When I responded and ask for the booklet, I got no reply. Several days later I contacted them again through their evaluation process and they apologized and sent the link right away. So I did get everything promised but would much prefer the information in a small booklet instead of on fifteen 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper so it would be more portable and therefore better used.

Good for a amateur starting out.
This is a good product for a amateur who is looking to start out stretching. The orange ball is durable and I use it to hit my trigger points by leaning up against a wall and moving up and down. Don't try it on the ground through, because the ball is so hard it may be painful. The strap is made of a sturdy materiel. My only issue is if you put it around your foot to stretch your calf's you focus will be more on it not flying off your foot then the stretch its self. The description says they come with a website that shows you the moves but by not including it in the package the convenience factor is lost.

Multiple grips very useful; good value. Massage ball a high-value bonus
Really like this -- I used to use a simple strap. The multiple handles along the length make this so much easier to adapt for various stretches. Too early to tell about durability, but it's a well-designed, fairly priced product. I never had one of these fist-sized, super-dense "massage" balls before, and man, it works. It applies pressure in specific spots in ways that no foam roller or softer, bigger ball can. I've been nursing a rotator cuff injury for months. I will not claim a cure, but massaging it hurts so good....

High quality products
The stretch strap is every bit as high a quality as what I have used at my physical therapist's clinic, and is so much better than the strap with a loop and knot in the end that I have been using. The ebook they sent me has given me several ideas for exercises I want to try.The massage ball is hard! But that is what it is for. I have plantar fasciitis and use this ball during every exercise period. I keep it next to my TV chair and just roll my feet over it while watching TV, too. These are high quality products for not very much money. I'm totally satisfied.

reasonable price, very useful
Good quality material, looks like it will last. Plenty long and helps with my tight knee and shoulder. I wasn't too sure I would use the massage ball but it's actually really great at hitting knots in my shoulders where I usually carry tension so that was a happy surprise bonus. Company was very responsive to my email query. I think it's a very reasonable price for the set.

I was disappointed that this did not come with any type of guide on how to use. It did not even offer a website for help. But I think it will help stretch the body once I find time to look up how to use it. I have no idea how to use the ball.

The ball is what it's advertised to be and good for self-massage
A strap with loops. Construction is solid. The ball is what it's advertised to be and good for self-massage. The bag that comes with the two is well constructed. As others have mentioned, I had to email the company to get the "manual." Which is adequate - you can get as good/better guidance using Google.
