Scope mounts with 45 degree picatinny preinstalled (e.g. Warne RAMP30) may need slight modification.
This is a nice riser. It would be nicer if it was reversible so the hex head would be on the outside, or is a if slightly (1-2 mm) shallower hex head. Not that is it big, yet because it was just a little too tight when attached to my Warne RAMP30 45 degree picatinny, beside my Crimson Trace 3105 scope . Granted the Warne scope mount comes with 45 degree attachment points preinstalled. So it probably only affects a handful of scope mounts. It's just that if the riser were reversible or slightly shallower nut, then it would appeal to scope owners who use varying mounts. A bit of light sanding and issue is resolved yet I would not prefer to have to do this as a customer.
