Something to watch out for when using with Kydex.
The 3/8" screws with washers as provided with two sheets of standard thickness Kydex are just a smidge too long. When the screws are tightened down, they stick out of the base just enough to snag on things. Filing down of course removes the black finish. I've tried 1/4" screws which with this thickness washer are a smidge too short, but at least they screw doesn't stick out of the base.
