Great Chair, gives an awesome massage.
I went though some major headaches to start with. 1st they sent the wrong chair, then they sent a broke chair. So it was a little frustrating to start with. However they did correct everything and I have a great chair. Pre warning, this massages deep. It's not for someone that has had back surgeries. All in all it's a great chair.

Real deep and strong massages
Love it. Bought it for my wife and in the end I used the most. Great chair. In not for soft massages like many chairs offers. This really does a deep strong massages. I will recommended. I got it 3 years ago. Not issues at all.
