I installed this myself, super simple. I installed a shut off valve on this just in case it broke or leaked but this has never been an issue. I am very comfortable leaving the home with this hooked to the water supply.It's obviously not the best as realistically it was very cheap. However it cleans you to the point that the tissue is clean.We lost power and water for a week there after a storm, my god how did we ever survive without this?? It feels genuinely gross to not use one now.As a woman... girl get you one, this thing makes you feel fabulous! I have never felt so clean. Oh and if you have a heavy flow you will notice that as you do not need to wipe as much it does not cause any irritation. You just gently dab now, there is no wiping really.Now the issue is that the shape of our old toilet meant the sprayer jets on one side could not come down. That's an 'us' issue but I did find the female jet was meh. I just use the #2 jet and lean forward.This saves a lot on tissue too!

I've bought this to add to my upstairs en suite due to getting a different one downstairs and enjoyed it so much that i had to try another one. now although this is fantastic at giving the rinse you so desperately need in order to save on the much loved loo roll, it has a rather more discreet added bonus, and that is it ability to hold a phone in the little ridge to the side of it, genius!It does the extra cleaning part as it should, and with the bowl cleaning setting it even ups the game on that side too, very successful purchase i think

Where to start with this one? Fitted it and tested. Small arc comming out of the man bit and fine spray from the lady bit. Took it all to bits and tested everything, right up to the unit itself, good pressure so what was wrong? Much head scratching later eureka, it is a slight design fault. To give maximum room over the "drop zone" the unit was pushed back against the rim so that when the pressure came on, the drop down nozzles fouled the inward sloping rim, so not opening fully. The valve block needs to be angled slightly, and moved forward to accommodate this. Would have given it 5 stars but for this.Now fitted and working correctly, it is a very good nether region cleaner and very easy to use. Much easier to use than the shattaf we had before, and gentler, almost like being on holiday.

Supplied with incorrect fittings. They state "contact us". But give no contact details. I have wasted a lot of time already. If someone form the company bothers to read this then please help. I will update when/if I hear anything.Update - have contacted me and when given order number to investigate are now claiming they cannot find any record of the order!.I will update again when/if I hear anything.

Didn't come with two tee connectors as described and couldn't source them from local plumbing suppliers. Documentation didn't list dimensions of the supplied pipe (I assume 15mm but when I measured I didn't get that and it didn't grip on a 15mm connection). No way to contact seller so full refund requested and product returned.

I could fit this easily, as we already had a piece with a stop in the pipe underneath the cistern; I simply took that one out and replaced it with the t-piece that came with the bidet, as they were the same size.It works really well, and we are very pleased with it. Would buy again!

The bidet was amazing! The only downfall that is why I give it 1 star because they didn't send us any UK T adapter the one that we have is only eu. Husband needed to buy a two connector that cause us to spend more. In the end he manage to install it. We tried to contact the seller but no response. I won't recommend due to not compatible in UK plumbing

I ordered this item after reading some of the bad revues it had ! and thought they must be sorted as they wereminor i.e -items not sent / wrong fittings sent/ European Fittings sent Not 15mm uk fittings / How wrong i wassame old problems arrived today will be sending it back tomorrow . But i would like to say that the Bidet lookvery nice and i would have kept it .
