Ok product over-hyped in the Indian-ish cookbook, as though it were magical seasoning in a box, but the flavor is all from dry powder spices. Cookbook made it seem this had a mix of textures and some moisture even if not a chutney. But no. Just dry powder with not a lot of nuance, even though the list of ingredients sound wonderful.

Not complete list of ingredients in advertised
They did not list paprika as an ingredient!! I have a daughter with a severe allergy ( ER quality) so mine will go to garbage!
