This couch is great! And the perfect size for the average sized living room!Its very firm, but also very soft, and the material seems to be fair quality. I, an average woman, brought it inside and put it together by myself. Two Boxes on the same delivery, a day earlier than projected. It was easy as pie. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because of a manufacturing error. The arm cushions fasten to the couch with velcro strips, and zippers. The arm cushion for the chaise side had a zipper on both the couch, and the arm cushion, not allowing them to attach. The velcro seems to hold it pretty well though. Granted, I have the unfastened edge against a wall.

I assembled this all by myself in about one hour (I am a 5 ft 3 inch young lady). All tools needed to assemble are provided. The only thing is that they do not label "smooth side" vs "textured side: for some of the parts, but, maybe it's because it makes no difference. The only thing with this couch is that if you have small children or heavy individuals, the cushions will not last. This is for "gentle sitting" or "gentle lounging". Not for day to day sitting for long periods of time. It looks amazing though! Very presentable and feels soft to the touch.

First thing first. I stared at the directions for 20 minutes trying to figure out what goes where. Once I figured it out it was a breeze to put together.You will need a second person to help hold the pieces together while you screw everything in. Perfect for a small apartment or studio. The longer end of the sectional is short. Your feet will hang off the end. All in all it fits perfect in my 2 bedroom apartment.Con: it took almost a month to deliver. Luckily both boxes were delivered on the same day.

I bought this couch 5 months ago. I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. The directions weren’t 100% clear, but I eventually got it. The seat cushions were pretty firm when I first got the couch, and they still are. The back cushions are starting to slouch, but I think I can add some extra stuffing. The back and arm cushions are very soft. Not firm like the seat cushions. I got the blue and it’s the perfect color, just like the pic. It is lower than your average couch, so if you and/or your family is tall, you may want to reconsider.

I love the material! So soft and the fact that the sectional attaches is awesome. Small things that just weren’t amazing are the fact that the zipper on the arm rest section don’t fully zip up. Another is that when screwing the feet of the sofa one did not match up to the holes that were drilled before hand. I ended up screwing it in with a spare screw. Other than that I love it! When you get the sofa sectional piece is on the right side and the photo shows it correctly. Arrived in two weeks.

Ok, honestly, at first I was not pleased with the sofa. It felt too hard for my liking and one of the cushions was scratched. We were trying to return it. But the customer service replaced one of the cushion covers and gave us a discount, so we kept it.Fast forward a month, I love this sofa. I have some coccyx discomfort and usually can't sit long on any couch. Surprisingly the harder cushions don't hurt my back and Ive gotten used to the harder feel. The plus about the harder cushions is that the couch will retain it's shape longer. Iove that seat cushions have zippers and are washable.I spend much time on my sofa now reading and get plenty of compliments on the look.

Couch is comfortable and perfect size for my apartment. Extremely happy with my purchase, perfect world the seats would of been a little deeper but ordering it unseen in person I love it!

It was a little difficult lining the screws up to attach to the back , but once that was done it was a breeze. The couch is very pretty, the color is beautiful. The couch is firm and soft at the same time the material is so soft and sleek. It is very sturdy and so very comfortable. I really love it. The warehouse it ships from in California contacted me before shipping to verify my information and sent it way before the estimated time I was given on Amazon ( July) I received it a week after I ordered it around June 10th. I love everything about it the customer service , the look , feel and comfort.
