The color and style are great. I have long legs so I should be a medium, but it’s longer than the picture in real life

Otherwise I absolutely loved them. Only returning because they don't have pockets.

These shorts fit SO flatteringly- the elastic at the waist isn’t too tight, yet has enough to keep the shape of the shorts, which are loose and breezy around the legs. I ended up buying these in 3 colors they’re so flattering and comfortable. The buttons are a cute touch. I am 5’2”, around 124 lbs, and I got them in size small (tried medium first- WAY too big, but loved them enough to reorder in size small). I will say as a short person, the waist does go a little too high, but that is remedied by tucking ~1”in the waist with a cute belt. Or simply the belt itself can help fix the issue if you’re also short. The shorts aren’t too long in the legs for shorter people, I will make sure to note. Even with this minor annoyance, I am giving these 5 stars, as I have tried and returned SO many different styles and types of shorts that were high waisted, and the fit and material don’t compare. I will mention the fabric can wrinkle easily if you don’t hang them up/keep them folded nicely, but ironing on light heat and/or steaming the fabric for a minute fixes that.All in all, a more than worthwhile purchase!! I am loving these shorts so much.

I'm normally a M/L(5'4, 150lbs) but recently had a baby and still have about 20 pounds to lose (I'm currently 170) so I bought a XL thinking that should be good, and i wore it once and it was okay but after I washed it it shrank significantly.. will try again after I lose the weight ig....

They definitely don’t quite fit like they do in the photo. I found the sides go outwards a bit and the waist line isn’t as flattering. I’m petite, 5’2 and about 105lbs. I just didn’t love it.

I have a smaller waist, long torso, wider hips and short legs. Shorts tend to either be too long or too short and not flattering. These beach shorts are perfect.Material is soft and thick and higher quality than I expected. They are higher waisted, fitted through waist and relaxed at hip and thigh. If you want to wear everyday vs. beach, I’d recommend getting a darker color as they are not lined.Pay attention to the sizing chart. I’m a 27 waist which is between a medium and large and I decided to go with large to be safe. I would have easily fit in a medium but the large are still very flattering and so I’m keeping. First pair of shorts I’m happy with in a long time!

I liked the way the shorts fit. Super comfy. Unfortunately they are also see through and don't have pockets which I prefer.

Cute but it looks ridiculous if you're petite. Felt like I was entering a wrestling ring, had to return.
