I bought this zinc because I heard that it would improve the strength of my hair, skin and nails. I still have quite a few acne scars and spots from my youth, and my nails split easily. I was hoping that the zinc would help.Right after I ordered it, my whole family came down with an awful cold in the middle of the summer. I had a difficult time swallowing these zinc tablets. Because they were not coated they began melting in my mouth as I struggled to swallow them. This was my first time trying the Nutri Flair Brand. I am happy with the product. I ordered the product, it shipped on time as expected. I have been adding Zinc to my daily diet to boost the immune system specially during this viral challenging times. I Use it 4 times a week only as the daily max recommended dosage of Zinc is 35 mg X day and this product strength is 50 mg x capsule so I don’t need to take it everyday.I am looking forward to tying other products from this brand.

Got COVID 19 virus with minimal symptoms. I Lost sense of smell for about 1 week and had light headaches for 3 days. Tested negative on 21st day. My Dr. told me to take Zinc, D3, Vitamin C and a baby aspirin each day moving forward on the 8th day which was when I found out I had tested positive. I am feeling great today and will continue to take zinc! I honestly believe it helped with my quick recovery to dodge this horrible virus.
