This car cover is not water proof or water anything its more like a sponge my first one was leaving the car soaking wet and i returned it thinking it was defective considering the amount of water i was getting on the car after it rained just received the replacement and its doing the same thing these pics are right after taking off the cover

It’s been three months of usage, the thing ripped apart, it’s not water / weather resistant.It’s cheaper than a detail so it works for limited use on an enclosed storage. If your car is not inside a building or a garage this will not offer adequate protection.

This was a great investment, bird poop is hard to get out of car paint when it sits too long, tree remnants (weeping willows etc) are just as hard. I like to keep a clean car. This cover is totally worth the money if you have a vehicle that is stored outside. It's not much a pain putting it on once you understand which side the zipper is on, which is the drivers side door. This cover was great during our Texas winter storm and I simply turned on the water hose loaded with some cleaner and removed large nuisance amounts of bird poop. I'd buy this cover in a heart beat. It's totally worth the value.

This cover replaced a heavier cover that was too cumbersome to use. This cover is simple to put on and the straps keep it in place in the event of high winds. It, unfortunately, is NOT WATERPROOF. My beautiful black car gets an awful smear of water and dust on it after I remove the cover after a rain shower. At this point, it will be fine for pollen and other debris but not rain. Therefore I cannot recommend it unless it is being used in a garage to prevent dust.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a car cover! I only needed something lightweight that I could just throw on and off quickly. I park under a large and very messy tree, so my purpose was just to keep leaves and sap off the car. However, the material will hold up well when it rains. The car cover comes with a bag that you can put it in when you are not using it, which I keep in my trunk. The cover is easy to scrunch up or fold and put in the bag. It has straps under the front and back to help keep the cover in place when it's windy. We just so happened to have a lot of wind a few weeks ago and the straps worked great. This cover even comes with a lock! I have not used it yet, but the makers really thought of everything. It is a universal cover so it doesn't fit my 2020 Hyundai Sonata sedan like a glove, but the fit is still really good. This is my first car cover ever and I am really very happy with the purchase. The price was great too. I would highly recommend this product.

Universal covers yeah I knowFits pretty well and overall does what it shouldI would give it 5 stars if it had even MINIMAL PADDING INSIDE as it is you basically get a poncho for your car, and as long as its rain you are covered but if you get some of that summer hail if its bigger than a pea you are going to see damage.

So first off we had some strong winds like 40-50 mph in San Francisco and the car cover ripped right up the center an even split. I ordered another to replace it the only good thing is the amazon warranty that will allow another one to get a replacement but it isn't wind resistance clearly. It's not thick or heavy at all very lite weight definitely not durable.

Seems to work fine. Is a little large for my car, but the straps hold it down. The wind has not been a problem and the rain that settles on the trunk just has to be drained off by lifting the cover.
