Star Darlings Libby and the Class Election (Star Darlings, 2)

Okay, I am a 64 year old guy, so what do I know?? But...I gave this book to a third grade girl for Xmas, with hopes that it would not be above her reading/interest level, and she loved it. She already seemed to know about the characters, and thought I was anciently behind the times, as I had not been seeing "the Videos". (I am cable challenged, so no Disney ) In march I took her to Target for her birthday, and said she had a 25$ budget to pick out anything she wanted. She made a beeline for the doll dept. and picked out a Star Darlings doll whose name escapes me. (Green Outfit, another surprise to me as I would have sworn my little buddy was addicted to pink and purple, but again, what do I know??)

I am a 20 year old female and I am in love with cartoons and cute things! This book is for younger people, but regardless of its reading level it’s got good morals and makes me wish harder for my own dreams!

This book I thought it was amazing I think it was great but I still think Sage was a little more entertaining because of the part you will read it because I've also have read sage too I have also rated Sage so read my comment and they are just kind of similar but I just love these books I can't wait until piper comes out and Scarlet I just love love love this books

I enjoyed this book. It was just lie the others, yet different. I have only read three of the books and I am hoping to read the rest.

Got this book for my kids, so far they love every book in the series. Very nicely put together book, all the bells and whistles to make it visually appealing with a story to match.

My daughter is 10 and loves this series! It's whimsical and fun. She hasnt stopped reading the books that I've had to order 3 at a time to keep her going!

Good

I liked the fact that Libby was very kindhearted and calm in the imagination of the writer of the book. But I think the people who made a series of star darlings made and projected it a little differently. In the series, they define her as a very restless and talkative person. They must have mistook Libby for sage's personality from the book. But overall, it was well narrated.
