Good for Training
I bought this in the 12oz version to improve my shooting power, and I can honestly say that it has done just that. There are some issues though.. the stick weight tends to slide down the shaft and eventually fly off the stick entirely. Also, the stick weight causes the butt end of the stick to dig into your palm harder than the stick usually would. I've noticed this has worn down my gloves significantly more than usual. Overall, if you want this to improve shot power, it works and I would recommend it.
