Cheap plastic links - Link pulled apart at the seam with very little pressure.
Cheap links. Each link is not completely joined. I had multiple breaks with very little pressure in the links. Very VERY VERY LITE duty. I used the chains to hang a 20 ft run with 2 plastic sign attached to it and they still broke.

You get what you pay for
The chain is not durable. I installed a length about 45β with no load other than the chain itself. I felt it was going to break under its own weight, but I gave it a chance. Three days later, after night winds, the chain lay in two pieces. One of the links, right about in the middle of the length of chain, had split along a seam where the next link then snapped through; seems the worst possible place for a seam. Pretty useless in this application which is just a visual barrier and not bearing weight other than its own. I skipped one star as a rating because it seems to be holding in other, shorter lengths, at least for now.

Simple but effective!
So simple but effective with blocking off areas in my stores that are not currently open. Love the included tool and accessories
