Very silky material but cut so small!!! Not at all true to size

My son is a small 11 year old and I ordered the 10-11 size. (He can wear 8-10 clothing, generally). The sleeves and pants are very short on him. I would return but his siblings got their holiday jammies today and I’m afraid he’d feel left out if I took his away.

They fit nice and work as matching unisex pajamas. They are a soft material, not super thick but that's why we have a fireplace. My one drawstring came out but im sure its easy enough to put back in. I wasn't sure about the look of the Santa face until I realized he had been snowballed in a snow fight and thought that was adorable. We love them.
