Sent wrong color
First things first I got an email saying my package was running late. Not thinking anything I thought ok it will get here a little later. I finally received my package today only for it to be the wrong color which leads me to believe the whole reason why it was late was because they didn’t have the color I ordered. So instead of letting me know and refunding my money they sent me another color thinking I wouldn’t care or notice. Which is crazy because they are 2 very different colors. I’m seriously disappointed it was handled this way. Now I have to worry about sending something back just because they couldn’t contact me about the issue. I seriously expect more from you The North Face.

Ganz toller Rucksack. Sehr praktische Inneneinteilung und größer als erwartet. Sehr gut auch für Radfahrer durch zusätzliche Schnalle zwischen den Schultergurten (auf Brusrhöhe).
