This is a good mouthwash, but AMAZON'S pricing games have made it terribly overpriced. It was $9.38 in January, now (March) $17 or $14 each for 2.I don't know who's ripping us off, but Amazon is retreating as my go-to merchant for fair pricing.

I just love this product. It is much better than other dry-mouth lozenges. It is more expensive, but I prefer the gel-like texture as it melts in My mouth.

This one is made in Canada...distributed by GSK in New Jersey. The old one was made in the USA by Laclede, Inc. Big difference in taste...why? Big difference in ingredients. Using Biotene used to be my favorite part of the mouth care twice a day routine. This new "Oral Rinse", rather than "mouthwash" does not leave my mouth feeling as fresh or clean as the one made in USA. Several ingredients left out of this brand made in Canada. Has no zinc or calcium listed nor does it have aloe vera listed nor potassium thiocyanate. Lists none of the enzymes as in the original formula either. No wonder it doesn't taste like the old formula. Not sure this is gonna do what I bought it for. The old one had Bio-Active Enzyme Protection and listed the enzymes. This one says absolutely nothing about enzymes. Not the same good old Biotene. Am very disappointed.

A few weeks ago isolated parts of my gums started hurting when I brushed, and I spit out blood. I figured it would go away over time as I always maintain strong dental hygiene. However my gums not only didn't get better, but I feared it would get worse.I remembered from a few years ago my dentist recommending biotene rinse for better gum health (use overnight for mouth hydration, since a lack of moisturization helps bacteria grow). So I decided to give biotene mouthwash a try. I also used Parodontax toothpaste for the blood I was spitting out.Happy to report that in only a week, my gum pain has pretty gone away, and I no longer split blood when I brush.Will be using Parodontax in conjunction with biotene mouthwash for my gum health. As a side note, i don't have dry mouth

Product arrived on time and was well packaged. For some reason, it was a much bigger bottle than I was expecting. I used it daily before bedtime for many weeks hoping it would cure the episodes of waking up with extreme dry mouth in the middle of the night. It did not make much of a difference. The taste was pleasant and refreshing, but I still wake up at 2 am and have to get up and drink water for my dry mouth.

I've been dealing with dry mouth/dry throat for a long time now. I just sort of put up with it and chug water, which only helps for a few seconds. During summer and especially with wearing masks for covid while working in a hot kitchen for 8 hours, my mouth and throat get horribly dry. I'm dry swallowing all day and it's so uncomfortable. When I wear my retainer at night is especially another time my mouth get extremely dried out and I wake up in the middle of the night to chug water. With this rinse I can go most of the day and have no problems and finally get a full nights sleep and wake up without a full dry mouth and throat. It's amazing. Very happy I finally stopped just dealing with it and found Biotene as a solution.

Used for excessive dry mouth. Very effective

I have used this product for years and noticed recently that they no longer have the probiotics (good bacteria) in the bottle that they used to have. They used to advertise they used natural probiotics that occurred naturally in the mouth and they used them in the bottle. Now they just use sugar replacements. I will stop buying this product as im just overpaying for sugar water!

Jury's out so far because I want to believe the claim for 4 hours relief after 28 days' use - still some time off.
