As of yet..not tried to adhesive them so that I can place in other footwear. I might decide to purchase more later. Preferred more height if Possible. And, more comfortable and warmer,( IF POSSIBLE!)

I have a leg length discrepancy of nearly 2cm post surgery. I bought these but they are actually only about 0.75cm in height. I'm not sure how they are measured but they are not 1.5cm in increased height.

Good product which is already improving balance and mobility.

These do the job, for me it that my left leg is shorter then the right oneVery comfortableOnly concerns is that they slip when you putting your shoes on,But they have improved my balance and walkingJust got to work of a way to stop them slippingI will buy again because they so comfortable

I got these for relief from achilles tendinopathy and found that they work really well. I bought the small 2.5cm and they fit into my trainers and sketchers as well, so pretty versatile. They don't stick though, the adhesive is almost non-existent. They don't slide around in my shoes and are comfortable, not too soft that they squash down but not hard either. As they don't stick, it makes it easier to switch them around in different shoes and they fit most shoes. However, you can't use them in open shoes due to lack of adhesion. Delivery was quick too, highly recommend for anyone who has achilles problems and also those who want to just look a bit taller.

I bought 4 of these for my shoes. two stuck for a while but came loose, but no biggy.I only use they in one shoe as a had an accident years ago and iv got one leg shorter than the other now.Still worth buying though,

Product does raise your height, however cannot use for long as not soft/ comfortable on the heel.
