After only three times opening and closing it, the plug that covers the charger port broke off, hence the 1 star durability rating. This renders the waterproof aspect of this case useless.I gave it 2 stars overall because it's an attractive case, seems durable, the touch screen works well and it came with a handful of perks.NOTE: This is my second attempt to submit a review with this site.My first attempt resulted in this message in my inbox:"Thank you for submitting a customer review on Amazon. Even though the case appeared to be durable enough, I’m now wondering about how waterproof it may be. The first time I went to charge my phone, the small plug/flap just broke off. The plastic material it’s made of is so paper thin. I can stick the plug back in, and it seems to be snug enough, I’m concerned if it will remain secure. I also noticed, the front of the case is made of a different type of material than the back. The front half is made of a softer plastic, which makes it “shock” resistant. I understand that, but the surface has a “tacky” feeling. It’s has a dirty look from fine lint from any jeans or clothing.

I used this case to replace an old Lifeproof case. It seems to be very sturdy, the initial waterproof check passed, no water inside, and all seems to be well with the protection the case will provide. The negative on this case is the charger flap, it is very flimsy and broke on first use. It can still be pressed into place and maintain water tightness but I will have to count on my kids to keep track of the cover.

Was able to use it for the one trip I bought it for and then it broke. I'm not super hard on things but I don't go around delicately handling things either. It worked great for keeping water out and maintaining functionality for the phone but did break when using it afterward as an everyday case. I would suggest using it only at the times that you need that level of water protection and using a different case when you aren't concerned about water.

I order these to keep my phone water proof. The charging port broke off on mine, sent back got a replacement in a few days. But that one broke off with in a day as well. I tested the water proof ness and stilled worked so I didn’t bother getting second replacement.

The color, my wife loved it.

I purchased the case in March. It’s only 2 months later and the port cover broke off. Until then the case has worked perfectly. The screen and fingerprint reader works great. I hope they fix this issue as it’s a nice case and love the color.

It was cute, and I really loved the cover, but the charge port and headphone cover got ripped off after only a couple uses. The volume button cover sinks in and won't pop back up
