2 Pack - 48" Aluminum Universal Drapery Pull Rod Wand with Metal Snap, 1/2 Inch Wide, White

Almost exactly what I needed. Would have preferred a darker color, but this is the only one I could find that were this long. (heavy curtain, near the top of a high ceiling, short wife). Used with some long and heavy room darkening curtains, standard 1" dia. rod with curtain rings. They are light but plenty sturdy with no flex in the rod, and were easy to hook onto the curtain rings. Recommend you purchase and use this tape to make the rings easier to slide (you know the prefix is www) (amazon.com/gp/product/B000REGUE4?redirect=true&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0some) (search Amazon for: CS Hyde UHMW Polyethylene Rubber Adhesive Tape, Clear 1 inch) All works great, wife is happy, I'm happy. Received them promptly from Urban Mall.

I used one rod for the curtain of our walk-in sit-down tub. That way I can be lazy in the tub and not have to stand to move the curtain. Good quality and light weight. Delivery was prompt and th rods were well packed.

Does this work as listed? Yes. Is it lightweight and yet strong? Yes. But...as you can read in the questions and replies, it can be difficult if not impossible to actually *use* these, depending on your curtain style. I'm still struggling with how to use them with grommet-top curtains because I tried sewing on small plastic rings to my curtains to clip these onto as one reviewer suggested, but that makes the curtains sag open and also it's still hard for my daughter to pull them. I plan to try what another person suggested and add those shower curtain rings behind my curtains...seems like a lot of extra work to try and figure out how to make a product usable.

I sewed a small plastic ring on the inside of my curtains & put the pin on the outside to counteract the weight of these rods. They work great to pull the curtains on my track very easily. The long length is helpful so my kids can do the chore or I can do it from my wheelchair. As long as they are put back properly, they hang nicely behind the curtains. I pulled them out for the pictures so you could see how long the rods are.

No problem with the pulls, but the fastenerss are cheap metal (one was bent on arrival, and broke when I tried to gently straighten it), and the loop is too small for many applications (including mine). I started to return the items, but when I realized that they wouldn't have worked as designed even if unbroken I removed the hooks and attached the pulls without them; that worked. They work. My needs are satisfied. But I can't give 4 or 5 stars to a defective product.

These drapery polls are exactly what I was looking for. I have grommet drapes in my living room and the window is very large so pulling the drapes across the window was difficult for me. Once I located the drapery pull rods they were so easy to install, I simply put a café curtain ring behind the first grommet and hooked the rod to it. I would highly recommend these drapery rods to anyone who's looking for a high quality item.

the clip s on the top are small so we are going to have put a ring like to hold keys on the curtain hanger and then attach it - very nice and sturdy - will be useful without being obvious
