The instructions were almost impossible to understand. After a couple of hours of pushing buttons I figured out how pretty much everything works. I typed up what I learned as a set of instructions and posted them at [...]I did this work with a portable power supply and haven't had a chance to try the camera in my car yet. After I figured out how to use the camera, it seemed fairly straight forward and the video seemed to be quite sharp.UPDATE:I used it in my car for about a week and it stopped working. The screen just stayed black. Even when it was “working”, when the camera turned on, it displayed an error message that said, “No TF card detected. Please insert TF card!” I always had to turn the camera off and back on again to get it to detect the card.It seemed like a nice little unit. I hope the bad one I got was just a fluke.I sent the dash cam back. The return through Amazon went very smoothly.About a week later I bought a “REXING HD18 Car Dash Cam Dual Camera Lens”. I’ve never had any problems with it and after several weeks of use, it seems to be working very well.

This dash cam recorder is a great item. It works great. The only issue is the instructions; once you pass that, you will enjoy that little dash cam

I really Love this Dash Cam it starter out great then after week the rear cam crash and would not come on the a week later the front cam crashed i have ask for a refund.

no manual, no online service, stopped working less then 2 months,

Dash Cam records rear video feed backwards like a mirror it shows you on the wrong side of the road on play back, weird,Menu buttons don't work like they should, instructions are horrible, Got it completely installed with rear camera hook up and been recording fine, will have to keep an eye on the issues others are posting. Would I recommend , NO, Unless companies start providing support for their products.

I bought two of these cameras. Once I tripled the size of the instructions on the copier I was able to read the very poor directions. I still don't know if the camera freezes in a car wreck so the memory is no over ridden. Also I am having problems finding an external memory card that works. I did not hook up the rear camera because there were no directions.

I got this camera about 7 months ago, it worked great until last week. It started getting hot and the screen freezes up after about 5 minutes of driving. Amazon couldn't even find a number for the manufacture. it is now sitting in the glove box. Think i will try a known name brand next time.
