The larger size works well to avoid ear irritation with the face mask elastics. The mask stays put. It is a little challenging to get one side unhooked for removal. I would recommend them if your ears need a break. Of the three types I've tried these were the most comfortable and effective.

Great design that help me relieve the pain on my ear. It also help to tighten the gap between my face and the mask since all loop on the mask has different length.

This product does a great job keeping stress off of the back and undersides of your ears when wearing a mask with ear loops. However, if you are like me and loop irritation comes from the top of your ear, this will only exacerbate the pain or discomfort since the place it naturally settles along the back of your head results in the mask loops pulling in a downward fashion, which increases the force applied to the top portion of where your ear connects to your head.This product works well with ear loops made with narrow material such as ribbon, elastic, or standard, disposable masks since the plastic piece that secures it to the loops has a narrow gap for the loop to slip under. Loops that are more than 2 layers thick will most likely not fit under this gap.

These are soooo much better than the plastic ones I bought. These you can adjust and they are comfortable and secure your mask in place!! I double mask and it can hold both masks in a tight but comfortable place!! Get them! Especially if you are getting that discomfort with the ear straps.

Excellent product. A simple and easy to use solution for painful pressure on your ears from wearing masks. I recommend this for anyone who has to wear a mask frequently. Also, since not all masks fit the same, this is a great solution for some masks that fit too tightly.

I purchased these to extend the KN95 mask because the loops were horrible on the mask and bent my ears down. Unfortunately, these were of no help with that. They extended behind my head but did not alleviate the loops from behind my ears. Instead, it brought my mask down (because it wasn't hooked over my ears) and then the mask wasn't effective anymore. The two "adult" ones were actually small enough that you'd think they were kid ones. The two kid ones were super small in length and we didn't use them. If I put the extender up higher on my head, then it would slide down from my head in back and land on my neck- again, rendering the mask useless because it fell down on my face. Too bad because I really wanted them to work.

Auivyuiv Adjustable Elastic Mask Extender with Hooks for Ear Straps: Ordered this because the mask straps hurt my ears and break when I try to stretch them. I put the extender across the back of my neck, so the mask straps are below my ears and off my glasses and hearing aids. It holds the mask more firmly against the face than the mask straps, preventing fogging. It can be lowered for eating, etc., and you don't have it dangling off one ear to drop on the floor. I'm hoping the increased tightness on the face will improve downward visibility while walking on stairs. The hooks holds the mask straps in place and are easy to get the straps in and out of.

Delivered promptly. Product is as advertised. Fall short a little on the extension feature. Band width is not that great. Otherwise, comfortable to the neck.
