Patience, grasshopper
First coat, likely laid on too little using a foam brush to spread. Stretched it to fit. This project was several boards glued together like a table top, about 4 square feet. Total, used the entire quart for 2 coats. In a few places, the product dipped into the joints. On the second coat, first put some material in those locations. There was also some detritus from the can, partially cured product, that caused some unsightly imperfections. Will filter next time. There were some bubbles and dips in the way it covered. For the bubbles, a heat gun, similar to polyurethane, worked really well. For the dips, the heat gun actually improve the 'flow' of the product as well (surprised by this). Let is sit for 20 minutes to fully level. As others noted, I did the '5-10 seconds' pre-flash in the sun. This caused a kind of skim coat on the top that had interesting ripples in it, similar to what you might see in river beds. Then, into the sun for over 10 minutes (in Texas, we have sun).Rock hard outcome, very impressed.Did some 180 grit sanding with some result. That stuff is very hard. Did not try to remove the river run bit.Second coat. Both coats were about 1/16", so pretty thick from my perspective. This time, did not do the flash (I am experimenting) for 5-10 seconds as the first time did not like the river run outcome.Outcome was a rock solid, clear, hard as a rock outcome. At this point, I need to level sand, etc., but quite impressed with the leveling, curing and clarity.

Remarkable It works
I have some experience with epoxy, much of fit bad. You have to mix in the right proportions, Mixing creates bubbles. Bubbles require torches and you can't get them all out. etc. Biggest problem is that resins typically take 24 hour or more to cure. Which is a pain if you hvee a project taht is small or requires multiple pours.I was doubtful about teh product until I gave it a try. Simiply, it works. It works best on a sunny day, but you can use UV light. Be aware that most UV lights on the web don't have the best frequencies to cure resin. Their web site has detao;s. Good stuff.

Cured tacky
Works good. Cured a little tacky with recommended exposure to light and sun.

Disappointing results((
Although it seems quite durable there are issues. It is NOT self leveling as claimed. I’ve done several coats and tried multiple techniques and it simply won’t flatten out. You literally must sand it flat between coats. Also, it doesn’t gas out properly, you get tiny air bubbles in the finish no matter how long you let it sit before curing it. Their customer service is good though. They sent me another can free of charge thinking it may have been sitting too long. Btw I was using this as a clearcoat on a custom guitar I built for a friend.

very good product love the quick cure UV.
I use this product for guitar finishes and love the quick cure time. This allows for finishing almost after curing. It gives a rock hard finish that sands out glossy smooth.

Good stuff
As a luthier you always try new finishes! This one might do it all for an old master!

Sets up way too fast.
This stuff sets up so fast you don't have time to apply it. It was setting up and become a jelly like consistency in less then 30 seconds. Since I didn't get it applied smoothly, I had to sand it all off my project. That was also a total nightmare. I do not recommend this stuff to anyone that doesn't know exactly how to get it spread smoothly in a very short amount of time.
