Very nice. Not as rock-solid as commercial grade benches at the gym, but pretty decent for home use. Very versatile, and a fantastic deal for the money.

The bench came with everything that the image showed, except leg weights. For someone that is starting to use weight like myself, I found it perfect. The only thing that is less than average are the elastic bands which are very flimsy providing no resistance what so ever. I substituted with resistance tubing and reuse the handles and anchors.

I bought this bench specifically because I was looking for a weight bench that inclines and I could also do hyperextensions on. This is one of a very few I found that offered this. After using it in overall pleased with it. It is very sturdy. I'm 6'1" and 205 lbs. I load up to an additional 80lbs in weights and the bench doesn't wobble, creak, or shift. It breaks down for storage fairly easy. Because I'm tall I wish the preacher pad had more adjustment options, although I can fix that by adding more holes. Using the preacher pad for back hyperextension is perfect but it is a bit too narrow for my shoulders to do preacher curls with both arms at the same time.

It is a great bench. It does everything I need it to. Incline, decline, flat. Can’t find weight plates for the quad lift but that is not the primary purpose of the bench. It is great for the money. Easy to assemble and adjust.

The actual bench is very narrow and narrows even further at the top. There is not much room on the "sit" portion, so doing some of the exercises is very awkward. There is no way to use the leg curl part because of the way that it is made. You would have to have very short legs. Also, when doing reverse crunches while holding the top of the bench, it started to crack. We are very disappointed with this purchase and are now looking for a better bench.

I'm a big guy, buy im still under the max weight for the bench. I mostly wanted it for situps. I ended up bending the part in the picture after the second time using it. It was easy to assemble and the Direction's were easy to understand

Esta bonito, aunque no es totalmente recto para recargar la espalda tiene una ligera inclinación a la altura de la cabeza. Pero esta bonito y es facil de doblar. Lo que si, tuve un par de dudas y el vendedor no contesta los mensajes, y para este tipo de productos no emiten factura [lo comento porque compre una extensión de garantía]

Al armar mi pieza falto un tornillo y su tuerca, obvio los compre para no esperar a que por un envío pierda tiempo de ocuparlo
