I use several different vitimanes. Nova vita is so far one of my favorite brands to use. The pills are easy to swallow and don't leave a nasty taste in your mouth like most do. I have recommended this product to many people and will continue to use this product.my husband is a drinker and he has begun to notice that he wants to drink more water and feels better while taking the milk thistle as well.

I bought this natural supplement unsure of its nutritional value. A quality product. This milk thistle is a great way to support healthy liver function. I like to take this stuff 2-3x per day. But start off with a lower dosage and work your way up, if you're unsure just how you respond to this type of supplement, otherwise you could feel sick depending on your toxin level.I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my fair and honest review.

Feeling and looking better!
