Having just had surgery and on a liquid diet I needed a protein based liquid meal replacement that would supply needed nutrients but would also taste OK. I have both the coconut and banana flavours and I like the fact that they are not over sweetened with sucralose and that the flavourings are gentle and natural tasting. I use almond milk and a mini blender and they mix well with no lumps and have a creamy texture. I am not getting cramps afterwards unlike a major diet brand alternative I have tried. I find the price fluctuates with this product and cannot understand the large difference in price between one flavour and another hence knocking off one star.

It is good value for money and if it really is what is says on the box, then also nutritious. I would like to see the Sucralose removed, especially in light of the WHO declarations on artificial sweeteners being cancerous and does not aid in weight loss. Hope they clean up the product soon.

To be fair it’s the first protein shake that I taste so maybe I’m just not use to it but the taste was awful in my opinion, the only manageable way to drink it was to add some orange juice with the milk to hide the taste which did the trickBut it did kept me full throughout the mornings so…

Reflex protein powder vanilla flavour helps with nutrition when dieting easy to make up and fruit etc can be added makes a very nice drink .

Printing on packaging is really clear & easy to read.I mix mine with semi skimmed milk and it is delicious, I will try it with water too to compare which is the best way to drink it.I will definitely be buying this one again as worth the money and it taste good.Quick delivery too as I'm a Prime member, may try their other flavours too.

The product itself is truly first-rate, particularly the Vanilla Fudge flavour, which is rather scrumptious. However, for some perplexing reason, Reflex chose to hike the price of the Complete Diet Protein. I was a steadfast customer and never envisioned switching to another diet protein brand. Increasing the price from £10/600g to £20/600g is sheer profiteering. Every cloud has a silver lining, though; due to this, I've stumbled upon other brands like PHD and Protein Works, which appear to offer superior products and deals. They've also had a longer tenure in the supplements market. Goodbye, Reflex!
