Really pleased with this cool bag. It's very light, spacious and easy to carry. The clever velcro opening in the lid makes it easy to quickly dip in without having to unzip the whole lid if, for example, you just want to grab a drink without letting much heat in.Also like the way you can collapse it to store it fast. Overall well designed and well built.

This is a great cool bag, as I managed to keep my food and drink cold for 48 hours, having packed it around midday on a Friday until I returned home just after midday on the following Sunday for a UK camping trip. Therefore, I would definitely recommend it. However, I can understand some of the poorer reviews as you need to understand how to get the best out of the bag.Basically, having done a couple of tests, I found the bag kept items cool/cold for around 8 hours in test 1 whilst test 2, the items were still cool/cold for 48 hours.The difference was...Test 1 - placed a small bottle of water and a 2litre bottle of coke from room temperature with 4 small ice packs - approx 8 hours of cool/cold bottlesTest 2 - placed the same 4 small ice packs on the bottom of the bag plus two small frozen bottles of water along with milk, chocolate bars, tin food, butter, etc, all of which had been pre-cooled in the household fridge and packed the bag so it was full.Test 2 was for my camping trip of two nights / 3 days away in July and the contents were still cool/cold on my last day.The conclusion from test 1 was the room temperature bottled water and bottle of coke warmed the air within the bag causing the ice blocks to melt quicker. Whereas in test 2, everything was pre-cooled and there was little warm air left in the bag because of filling it, plus placing the ice blocks around each other also kept them frozen for longer.So, the more you pack it with pre-cooled items, the longer they stay cooler for.

This was much tested by Which for maintaining it's chilled temperature - and came out with flying colours. Okay, it's not cheap - but I wanted a chill bag that would keep food chilled, and this does its job brilliantly. Black colour is practical and there are outside pockets for additional flat items - plus a pull up lid on the top so you don't have to unzip it (and let out all the cool air) just to retrieve/or add one item. Cant fault it.

Brilliant cool bag. Good family size. Only use for 12hrs at a time but ice packs are still frozen

Haven't used it yet, but wow, looks absolut quality. Sturdy, well insulated, lots of pockets , convenient opening .

Kept the beer relatively drinkable for about 3 days over a very hot East Midlands music festival. And the fact it was collapsible made staggering back to the car a mile or some away easier
