This works for me on belly fat and love handles when nothing else has. Just finishing up my first bottle, taking 2-3/day. Can see less fat on thighs also. And it makes me feel more steady without being sedating. Agree with others that it helps reduce stress anxiety and improves sleep quality. I have a sleep disorder and this seems to make me want to go to bed earlier and I sleep through until morning. Previous to this I couldn't get to sleep before 2-3 A.M. and would awaken every couple of hours. I started taking it just to see if it would help with the belly fat since I have been under a fair amount of stress the last year and am happily surprised that apparently stress has caused much of the fat deposition as I haven't changed my diet much on a consistent basis. Agree that the sugar/carb cravings are much reduced. I haven't lost weight much, but have noticeably lost fat.
