Product packaged nicely and arrived sooner than expected. You notice immediately how well made these are. They are incredibly sturdy and seem really sharp when using them to open envelopes effortlessly, but for whatever reason they don't seem "uncomfortably" sharp where I'd worry about my son using it. Overall very happy with the product and will definitely order more. I loved that the owner of the company sent a nice follow-up email to make sure I was happy and I couldn't help but notice the story behind the company...husband and wife literally invented these together and started this company. Love that! You can actually see a picture of the whole family at the bottom of the email, and oh my gosh most beautiful little family ever. (Nice touch guys...adorable!)Great customer service, great product!!...highly recommend!! :-)

This letter opener replaced one that my wife and I had used for years. We had obtained our old letter opener eons ago in Paris, during our first international trip together. That letter opener was very special to us, so needless to say it was a hard act to follow. Having said that, we are very satisfied with our placement letter opener. It's light weight, easy to use, and quickly opens all of our mail, even the heavier paperExcellent product! grades.

This is just the right length to slice open an envelope with very little effort. It seems sturdy and will definitely not bend, even opening a large mailing envelope. It has sharp edges for efficiency and creates a non-ragged cut through the flap. It is well balanced and comfortable to use. Very much worth the modest price if you are particular about your mail handling and want to avoid paper cuts, too!

It is a letter opener and it's capable of opening letters. The serrated edges assist it with it's purpose, opening letters. If you want to open letters and are looking for a tool to assist you, this one does the job nicely.

The opener itself is light and the blade is thin, but it is sharp enough to open even sealed packages, and the blade does not wobble in the hand grip. It is packaged in a contoured plastic container so there is no danger to your hands as you open it for the first time. I finally got tired of trying to rip open envelopes -- looks like I have found the right solution at a very reasonable price. Recommended!!

Just what I was looking for to help open my mail since I have arthritis. Arrived promptly and is very useful. I would suggest a more easily opened and environmentally friendly packaging for it.

Never thought I would be this excited about a letter opener. Using this little sword makes going through the daily mail that much more "fun". This thing tackles envelopes, boxes or whatever you throw at it. From what I gather it was also designed and sold by a nice young family. The kind you want to support! Couldn't be happier with the products value, durability and quality.

it cuts evenly till the end without trying to find the end opening. tried other type but this is old style which i like.
