Tried these because I was looking for something healthier than typical energy drink brands for my needed afternoon caffeine boost at work and oh my goodness I fell in love. I think the flavor is great, the energy boost they give is wonderful, and the ingredients quality don't make you feel bad about drinking them. Looking forward to trying other flavors offered by Guru!

I love the matcha gurus but the only local store that had them stopped carrying them a year or so ago. I've purchased multiple times through Amazon and half the time they have come damaged or expired.. unfortunate.

I love these. It's an acquired taste.—If you like natural sweeteners, sugar alternatives, or herbs you may enjoy this.—If you are used to man-made sugars or enjoy artificial ingredients/colors, this may taste off to your palette.I worked at a fancy high-end salon and spa in Arizona, this is what everyone there was drinking. It's an energy drink alternative without all the harsh chemicals and unnatural sweeteners. The natural caffeine comes from Green Tea Leaves. This drink was more acceptable for employees to be seen drinking (healthier alternatives) than some of the other big names you see all the time. I enjoyed making the switch to a more natural approach. I love that this drink contains echinacea! Since when do energy drinks have good things in them, yay!This is the first energy drink I've tried that doesn't make me feel sick, I don't get the jitters, and I don't crash afterward. It's a steady little boost of energy. Like a busy bee. The other drinks made me feel like a murder hornet. That's wasn't serving me or anyone else very well.I've tried the other flavor of Guru in the red can, I didn't care for it. The white/silver can is my favorite flavor.It is best drank SUPER COLD, once it starts to get warm the taste isn't as crisp, sharp, or yummy. It needs to be really cold. I've yet to try it in the freezer for a few minutes to make it a slushy, but that is my next experiment!Tip: You must be careful about it exploding in the freezer, and after opening it! Set a timer. Also, different areas of the freezer get colder, place it in the same spot each time to get an accurate idea of how long till slushie mode.

Clean energy is finally taking off. This is one of the first brands I tried in bulk. Taste is okay. Carbonated. Caffeine content is slightly low but that's up to the consumer preference.

I know my own Bed Rull (clever!) drinking was getting out-of-control, and it was having a serious impact on both my health and my wallet. In my desperation for a source of healthier, more cost and eco friendly energy, I turned to my local natural grocery store and found this: GURU Lite.Made with Stevia instead of all those "let's all wait for the news story about the horrible health impacts" artificial sweeteners, and containing only ingredients you can actually pronounce (sparking water, lemon juice, cane juice, guarana seed, luo han gua juice, steevia, echinacea, ginko, ginseng)it sounded pretty promising. But what about the energy? Well it works, I took my first sip, went "oh well, crap, doesn't work" and then 2 minutes later I was awake! No jitters, no "surge-o-epic caffeine" - just awake. It's refreshing, if you're used to the "wired wired wired wired zing zoom bzzzzz crash!" of normal energy drinks, get ready for one that actually just makes you feel like yourself. Not wired, not tired, not cranky, not crazy, just a couple extra hours of focus as YOU!But what about the flavor? GURU Lite is best described as "not bad", I like it room temperature, you may prefer it chilled. Unlike those commercial heart-attacks-in-a-can, GURU focused on health over sugar-load, so expect a slightly lemony, earthy herbal taste. It is not by an means bad tasting, but it's not like liquid candy, it's a simple, natural flavor that doesn't overwhelm or make you want to chug twenty of them. You drink this for the health and energy, and the taste is secondary. I don't want you to think "oh it tastes bad..." because it doesn't, it's just the taste is definitely not the focus, it's not a soda, it's more like a glass of water - you drink it because you're thirsty, and this, you drink because you are tired and want to be awake.What about the cost? Well, Amazon has the best deal around. I chose the subscribe-and-save option and came home to find a box, wrapped in a clear plastic wrap to protect against rain, two days later. Inside was my case of GURU (which looks exactly like the picture). I found with GURU not only am I drinking fewer of them than I did with Bed Rull, but I'm able to sleep better and of course I'm ending each month with tons of cash in my pocket that is no longer being spent on over-priced, junk-laden commercial "energy".And the best part? I have all the energy I want at hand in a far, far healthier package. Give it a shot today, you will be pleasantly surprised.

In brief, it's mid February 2022 and just received my replacement 24x 8.4 oz can delivery. The one's received a couple weeks ago were unfortunately already expired last month : ( sorry to be one of those critical shoppers when it comes to a drinkable product.But a quick update: the newly received free replacement are good to go and are already benefiting my daily enduring healthy performance levels in my day to day work and life. (note: I don't drink coffee, thank you, merci) !Please understand that I didn't take the effort and time to post this negative feedback because I don't like this product. I'm in fact a repeat satisfied customer. Just providing a heads up to fellow fans or potential new buyers of this product to indeed check the bottom of the can for the date, prior to consuming as normal.So please disregard the below comment made from a couple weeks ago ...Note: I've requested a replacement delivery which is now 'being processed' and upon receiving the replacement 24 can delivery and checking the date, I'll revise this review accordingly -- hopefully to the upside!
