Baker's ChoiceGold Instant Yeast, Baking Cake, Bread and Dough, 1 Pound (1 Pack)

I do quite a lot of baking and have used this yeast with exceptional results! I ordered this yeast last week and received it right away which was sooner than they told me it would come. Seller was great to work with. The Instant yeast works right every time. I get a beautiful rise! I store my in the freezer and it lasts way beyond the recommend expiration date. Win! Success! Thank you for making a great product.

Absolutely terrific yeast. Easy to store in air tight pouch. When I could not find yeast on the grocery store shelf,Amazon came to the rescue. I bought two packages, so my cost per ounce was less than I had been paying at the grocery store..

Not what it was advertised as

it is not! It's just the vacuum sealing. My husband convinced me to open it up despite my believing it was just going to be a rock in a bag, and it is definitely regular instant yeast. Once you unseal it, it's just fine. Using it as relatively new baker (just making 9x5 white bread loaves to start so far), it's been great! Had no issues other than my own problems judging rising times; user error. Over-rose once and it was definitely sub-par, but still edible.

I was looking forward to making bread with this, but this yeast is as hard as a rock. Can't use it. How do I get my money back?
