Perfect for our industrial farmhouse small bathroom that had no storage.

Although the assembly was intended to be relatively simple, I had trouble fitting the upper three metal shelves into the tower, which was the final step in the assembly process. This occurred despite my following the directive to not fully tighten all the screws until assembly was complete. The shelves were approximately one half inch too short to fully extend from left to right in order for the edges to fit around the side rails of the tower as intended. I had to use pliers to bend each shelf’s side edges flat open so the shelf edges could rest on the rails rather than actually nest securely around the rails as intended. This has left some raw metal edges on the side of each shelf that are potentially dangerous.Because of the size and weight of this piece, it was not practical to return it, nor was it practical, in my tiny apartment, to have to live with this large piece of furniture half-assembled while waiting for the seller to send replacement shelves that still might not fit. That is why I retrofitted the shelves to make them work, but I was not happy about it.As for the directions, I recommend that the metal frame pieces be clearly marked front and back. Someone inexperienced with assembling furniture could easily be confused. Other kits I’ve ordered have front and back stickers on the pieces or clearly identify front and back in the diagram by pointing out screw holes or other features that belong in the back of the finished piece.On the positive side, the finished tower is attractive, sturdy and provides a lot of storage space in a very small footprint. I had only a 12” wide space to work with in my room, and was happy to find a tower that fit that space.The seller provided excellent customer service upon learning the above details. Without my even asking, they immediately offered a 20% discount, which was processed within 24 hours. I felt this was very fair, and commend them for their integrity.

Love this tower! I would have given it five stars, but there was dent/defect in one of the panels (not enough to return). My husband recently remodeled our bathroom and it is very small (less than 6 X 6). I needed something to hold towels and miscellaneous items. The drawers are a good size and work well to hold and hide all bathroom necessities.
