We purchased this camera system to protect our home and property. We rescue injured and orphaned wildlife so keeping all of us safe is very important. I purchased this NVR System to escape the binding cloud services that many other security camera products are tied in with. And it have given not only the freedom to have my own storage on my NVR to view on and offsite, but also was easy to set up, fast response from customer service when I did need assistance and their manuals and many online set up videos educated myself to further understand the system and how it would work best for me. Everything has been up and running for over 3 months and the comfort of knowing my property is secure and if needed, any footage is available to me for review.I highly recommend this product for those who desire dependable hardware and support as well as breaking away from other manufacturers' hidden cloud restrictions. Camera's constantly disconnect despite having 3 bars of reception, video resolution is FORCED 1080p, REAL VIDEO QUALITY IS 720p, system also likes to run slow, even live video.UpdateOrder was placed on July 30 2020Today Febuary 10 2023 company sent me this letter attempting to bribe me to take down this review, I got my money back from amazon, so I have no desire to play ball with them.

Works good, make sure you buy a hard drive it does not state you have to have one clearly, but you cannot playback if something happens if you dont have one for those who are not tech savy

The media could not be loaded.  We loved everything about it! It records good and has very clear view and we can see and hear very good!! I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a camera system!

When the system worked, it was great, but one year later the entire thing just decided to stop working altogether. At first, it wasn't recognizing the HDD. Then when I unplugged it to try and fix the hard drive, it never turned on again. Do not waste your money.
