Battery Life is Terrible
You have to charge both remote and battery in order the be able to use it . And the battery life is as long as yarning. You have to charge both at the same time but they only provide 1 cord no adapter to plug it in. Stability will be difficult if your phone has a case on when freestanding. Not the best of an investment for 100 bucks.

The media could not be loaded. Battery of remote drains too fast, if using as a stand any type of phone is too heavy, you gotta recalibrate every other time, but does the job for what you need it for.

Beginner
I have mixed feelings about this. It is extremely easy to use...extremely. But you have to charge the remote and the actual hand held separately each use. It goes dead very fast and actually went dead on me on a hike, so it renders itself useless. I have a love hate relationship with this. It does exactly what I want, but if I put it in my pack and take it out a few minutes later to record something it has to be rebalanced and that takes a minute or two. So imagine doing that a couple dozen times on your hike. But I had researched other similar devices and they looked a LOT more complicated. For the $$$ it does do what I want and is pretty simple to use. Just wish it stayed calibrated and kept a longer charge. But I would recommend for starting out.

I am not fully convinced yet.
What I like about the iWalk:It is small, I can carrie it in my pocket. Expands to take selfies or film above people heads. It has a tripod. Good stabilization. Small remote control.What I don't like:Can not used with my phone case, clamps are small. Limited remote control applications, can not switch from camera to selfie mode. Missing cold shoe adapter for microphone.For the price is very good, easy for someone that is learning how to use a gimbal. I would gave it 5 stars if the clamps were wider, I like to keep my phone protected as much as I can.

The clamps to hold the phone are not as the image on the picture or instructions
I ordered the first time and I thought there was a part missing, because there was a missing clamp to hold the phone in place, so I requested a replacement, and guess what? there is a missing clamp again, so I figured it out and it looks like where the missing clamp is, you have to pull a little piece that barely touches the phone edge to hold it, I finally made it work and adjust the holder in position. everything else works very good.

Who knew
This has made vlog on my iPhone so much easier. I should have purchased this a long time ago. I use this in so many different ways!!! It’s so stable and compact and easy to use.

Doesn't fit iPhone in Otterbox Commuter or UAG case. phone must be naked to use or have a cheap case
It's a well built, packaged and designed selfie stick, however is will not fit my iPhone 12 in the Otterbox Commuter or UAG cases - nor will it fit my sons iPhone 8 with the Otterbox Commuter case ... you will either need to buy a cheap thin case or go naked, and i'm sorry but these phones are too $$$ for me to be taking it out of it's protective case to use a selfie stick ...
