Nice, padded strap for my BOTE board
I love the high quality construction of this strap. I bought it specifically for use with my BOTE Bugslinger board. The clips fit easily onto the pegs built into my board. The strap is wide and sturdy.My only pet peeve is that I’m 5’8 and, even with the strap adjusted as short as it will go, it is slightly too long to carry the board comfortably above the ground with my hand on the boards’ handle for control. Not the straps fault. It was still more comfortable to carry my board with the strap than without.

Dumb Until You Try It
Bad shoulder? Short arms? Long walk? Yeah it comes with the BOTE premium pricing, but bros gotta make margins!The strap makes carrying the board a breeze and much easier to deal with when walking from your vehicle/home-base down a dock, ramp, or whatever else your trek is. Having both hands free may not seem like a big deal, but definitely improves the whole trip.

Works much better than hand grip, but there are a couple of tips here.
I'll start with letting you know that I recently bought a BOTE Breeze Gatorshell board and love it, but it can be heavy in longer walks. This strap works great for relieving me of the challenge for longer distances--that's the plus side. However, the strap is a little longer, which makes it hang the board near the ground--scary when you pay so much for a board. I adjusted the straps if you're wondering--so that wasn't it. I even tried slipping over my head to my other (opposite shoulder)--this helped, but then the connector (clamps) were knicking the well on the board where it connects to the little bars that attach the strap. This means it wasn't designed for that. Bottomline--strap could be a little shorter. If you wondering, I'm 5'10"--one inch taller than the average male.

Not compatible with the Deus. : (I bought it without realizing I needed to check that out. I had it 6 weeks before I went out again and found out it was not compatible, so it is no longer returnable.MY BAD for assuming it fit all of their boats/boards.It is well made and durable looking but a pretty pricey strap if it doesn't fit anything I own.
