WILD BREWS: THE CRAFT OF HOME BREWING, FROM SOUR AND FRUIT BEERS TO FARMHOUSE ALES: Brewing wild beers at home, from beginner to expert

Simplistic, lightweight and disappointing
This book seems to be confused about its target audience. There's plenty of information about how to brew in a bag or how to bottle for beginners but the actual process of creating wild brews isn't dealt with in detail. Do we really need an equipment list and a description of how to taste and blend beers together?

Pretty simple and basic
It's got great info at the beginning but ends up being too basic when really, no one with no beer knowledge whatsoever would actually go and buy a book on wild beers. I can't see how this would be of help to professional or experienced brewers, more for someone that has never brewed but somehow wants to get started making a Flanders Red?... She got her audience wrong I think. Some parts are literally copy-pasted from other parts of the book, which I very much disliked. The book is beautifully illustrated and it is made with quality.Jaega calls the hop additions exactly the opposite of everyone (60 min is the 0 min addition for her, a 20 min addition is a 40 min...). Confusing.I would love to learn more of what Jaega knows, she clearly is someone with such a great knowledge, but this book does not demonstrate it. It is a shame.
