It's silicone tubing. It's much more flexible than the vinyl or poly kind, and doesn't remain stuck in the rolled up shape. It's still rigid to hold it shape, and does not collapse in on itself. I personally used this for an aquarium project, but it seems to have all the same uses and properties of the other kinds of tubing without the flaws.

This tubing looked thin and I thought it would melt on my coffee maker but it worked perfectly.

I bought this to attach to flush connection on a spin down water filter. The tube is flexible and fits right on the hose barb fitting on my water pre filter. I just slid this tube on the hose barb and secured it with a zip-tie. The construction seems very good and should last for many years.

I have been frustrated with several oil change kits with vinyl tubing that keeps its shape when unpackaged. I now replaced that tubing with this silicone and it made a world of difference. Oil changes and brake bleeding is simple if you have hoses that stay flexible like these. I honestly wish I would have purchased a longer piece because I keep finding uses for the tubing. I now look forward to doing oil changes in the winter with this tubing.

Durable silicone tubing used for connecting the water softener unit stationed outdoors into the (sewer line) drain. The previous tubing became brittle and snapped after a couple of years as it was not rated for outdoor use. Silicone is said to be more durable outdoors. It flexes easily and attached smoothly to a barbed fitting.

Great hose quality wise but cut short.When you need a certain length to do a job. needed it for a certain thing today it failed me. Hose is nice so buy it dont let this accident by them scare you its built great vs others

My order was the correct length and correct dimensions. Quality silicone, works will in my coffee machine.
