Game changer
I have always suffered with a weak bladder ( always planning where the next toilet is ) within 3 days of taking D- mannose capsules im no longer searching for toilets and can go like regular people.It really has changed my life i will definitely buy more.

Didn’t work
I had a bad UTI and bought these in a hurry to replace my normal Natures supplies brand. They didn’t work as well at all even though supposed to be the same dose. My painful symptoms only subsided once I managed to get more of the old brand. Disappointing. They are easy to swallow though.

I was advised by the Dr to try this product for recurring urine infections. it's early days to say if its effective but I found this site to be a good price for this product and the delivery was very prompt.
