sits on the skin unfortunately
I use tretinoin and that dries my skin out. This spf is perfect for the face if you have flaky dehydrated skin. It's super moisturising and plumping. Similar to Etude house sunprise, but more moisturising and no fragrance.Update:After 2 weeks of using it daily on my face and neck, I have stopped using it as I've grown to dislike it.it's not terrible, but it's not the best. It does moisturise, but it leaves a kind of dry oil-like film that sits on the skim. It never really sinks in, it just sits there on top, and is really easily rubbed off. It also turns eyebrows and hairline white.I don't hate it... but also I don't love it.And if you use the correct amount you're supposed to use, to get the spf factor on the bottle, it turns you white. It doesn't cause spots ( I'm acne prone and no spots came up at all! :) )I just can't get used to the feeling of it sitting on top of the skin, especially my neck as I feel it rubs off onto clothing and anything that touches your skin.Another thing that put me off about this spf is that the daily mail apparently tested it scientifically and the spf factor actually turned out to be less than half the factor stated on the bottle.I am not 100% sure the daily mail was unbiased when they tested this suncream but either way, the thought of it being possibly an spf 25 or lower (20!?) When I paid £25 for this 'factor 50' suncream just feels like I might have wasted my money.I don't know... I'm on the fence, not a bad suncream but also I'm not completely happy with it and I don't want to wear it daily. Maybe to the beach or cycling but not as a normal spf for daily wear.also, it does sting the eyes so you can't put it near your eyes at all.I have since discovered Australian gold tinted spf and I am sooooo happy with it! That and the hawaiian tropic mineral spf both brilliant, and better than this one I'm reviewing! Sorry md solar sciences, I'll have to pass on your moisturising but surface oil film for now.
