It not the real thing. Returned
If I don't have a real shimano sitting side by side for comparison I would probably keep it. It works as intended shifting through all the gear, but the finishing is just not there. The top and Bottom plastic cover don't line up and leave a semi sharp edges. Won't cut your hand but you will feel it every time. And the clicking up shift felt more conky vs the Shimano is cirsp. If you can only afford $14 and you need a working shifter set. Get it, it will work. But the real set is only $30.
