Took less than 15 minutes to install --- STOPPED THE FLICKER PROBLEM!!!
I LIKED:- It came with a video which waked you through the entire process. You can pause it anywhere as needed.- It came with all tools which were great, especially the little green plastic tool to open the case.- It WORKED right out of the box. I installed it and turned it on and BINGO!- It fixed the flicker problem I had been having that drove me crazy!!!I DISLIKED:- It was not a perfect fit:. The wires were a little too long after connecting.. The plastic parts didn't quite fit like a glove...but almost. That said, I was able to coax it gently into place and screw everything in and plug everything in and IT WORKS!!!:-)

Watch some YouTube videos for installation tips.
Revived my old tablet, which is great. Would have been five stars, but it didn't quite fit. Had to remove a plastic tab for the battery to lay flat. But overall an easy installation.

Bought the battery from NewPower99. It was more expensive than the rest of the pack so I thought that I would get quality. Was not the case.Taking the old battery out was a snap. I had trouble starting to disengage the back clips but finnaly figured out to start at the pen opening and wedged a flat head screwdriver carefully in that small opening to start the first clip. Then just go around in order breaking free the clips. The battery that I received did not fit properly. I think it was made a little too long. The corners wouldn't fit unless I pushed down very hard and brought the middle up. OK, now the battery is forced in, but its in. Now to put the eight screws back on. Wait! The tabs on the battery are not lined up with the holes! The tabs are part of the crappy housing instead of being separate like the old battery and the picture you see. I gave up fighting with this thing, boxed it up and sent it back. Now to put the old battery back in. Piece of cake and it's all in. Wait! It won't turn on. If this happens to you keep the back off till you test it then disconnect the battery and then push it back in. Worked for me. I will just keep the old one in. The old one lasts almost through the day. After looking at what else is available and reading all the comments about the quality and not lining up I have come to the conclusion that they are all just like the one I received. I bet they all come from the same pile...Cheaply formed plastic that does not fit.

Fit needs MUCH improvement.
The fit quality here leaves much to be desired.Getting the back & screws removed to access the old battery was a bit challenging but do-able (be VERY careful when working around the internal ribbon cables as they are delicate and can fail if scratched by metal tools)...The fit of the frame provided with the new battery is the big issue with this replacement. I could barely manage to get this thing in to where it lays "almost" flat... pushing and prying around the frame will likely lead to the cable issue I'm referring to (which was where I bfailed in this install...)... now my display isn't working... I should've read the reviews on this more diligently (again, my bad...). Long story short, I went from a functional tablet (w limited battery life, but usable when plugged in) to a paper weight (assuming I cannot fix it or get it fixed). Not happy with this at all...

The complete package
Loved that it included the tool to open the tablet and a how-to video. I am NOT a computer repair person, so was nervous about opening my tablet. But since they included everything and a great how-to video I had the confidence to replace the battery. Everything worked great.

UPDATE
UPDATE: Bought the battery in May 2016 and in August my tablet started blinking again The new battery i thought had fixed it but the blinking started again so i thought maybe i received a faulty battery and wrote the vendor about it. Since the first battery resolved the issue my only thought was i received a faulty one. They wanted me to try charging with a different connection, use a different outlet etc, which i did but the outcome was the same. Then they go on the web like all of us have done and read a blog where 1 person suggested something. All i know trying to get a replacement battery as part of the guarantee is like pulling teeth.ORIGINAL COMMENT:I bought the battery because my Samsung Tab Pro 12.2 starting blinking when the battery got around 35% and lower, so I thought I would buy this since I came across it researching the blinking on my tablet.I received the package with the Tab Pro 12.2 SM-T900 Battery, 2 tools, and CD. Wasnt able to pull up the video from the CD but that wasnt a problem, i found the instruction on You Tube, plus New Power99 will send you a link to use.It was basically an easy install, took me a minute to get the backing off the tablet but once it started to pry off it was a snap. The rest of the install was easy, i watched the video, paused it, did the instruction, then continued with the video until i was done. Tablet turned on with no problem and charged it. Voila!!! No more blinking, worked like a charm, thank you NewPower99.Here are the instruction off of You tube if the CD doesnt work [...]

This battery worked fine as advertised
This battery worked fine as advertised. However, for all of you replacing your battery because your screen is blinking, the battery itself is not the most likely culprit. The connection on the motherboard that the battery plugs into is notoriously weak on these devices and the glue holding the plastic piece in place comes undone easily. I want to stress that the problem is with the Samsung tablet part, not the connector on the battery itself. In order to finally fix my blinking issue, I had to which a small piece of non flammable material between the battery connector and the back cover as I snapped it back on. This added pressure pushes the connector and Battery connection in place and prevents the screen blinking when the back cover is snapped back into place. Unfortunately, that seems to be the only solution. Even Crazy Glue would not hold the connector in place by itself. Why Samsung would make a such an important part in such a flimsy manner is beyond me.

dificulty of installtion
Dislike: Hard to install due to misaligment of screw holes. Lack of precision in fabrication as compare to the original.
