Artisan 2-Piece Professional Baking Set with Quarter-Size Cookie Sheet Pan and Silicone Baking Mat with Red Border

Great toaster oven pan. Small enough to fit in my toaster oven yet sturdy enough to use for anything. Even baking heavy potatoes. This is a heavy duty pan and is well built. The silicone liner is a bonus. I use it at least several times a week. This is a quarter size of a normal commercial sheet pan. Great size for just about anything you would cook. Also great for the regular oven too. Did I say this is a heavy duty pan!! You could put 2 side by side in a large oven and cook two things at the same time. Was really impressed with the quality of this pan.

My only 'complaint' is that the corners of the silicone mat are squared-off, whereas the pan's corners are rounded, so the mat does not fit the pan well. While still perfectly usable, it winds up being slightly smaller than the pan on all sides. In my opinion, a Silpat has a better fit with most pans. The pan and silicone mat themselves are both good quality.

I got 2 of these pans w/silicone mat to use in my Breville countertop oven. They are perfect! The pans clean easily and the mats clean easily. I use them everyday. Now that I have a new grill on my patio, I have 2 of them for use with the grill.

bought the wrong sizes, too small, can't do much with the mat. Need to purchase bigger ones to accommodate existing baking sheets

Super nice! The pan has a nice heavy quality feel to it. Its nothing like the junk they sell in the grocery stores or even the home/bed/kichen store. I think this is WAY nicer!!!! Next year all my baking friends are getting this for a gift.

Tiny and cute. It is perfect to bake those few of cookies, two pieces of cinnamon toast or a small batch of something. The non-stick mat is a perfect fit. Its just a bit too big for the toaster oven.

Quality seems not so great. Sounds like its made of two thin sheets of metal. After I baked for the first time, the tray changed color.

I purchased the small size for my camper oven and it works great. I decided I would like one for the house and was surprised at how large this one is. Expected just a little smaller, but it cooks great and nothing sticks to the silicone sheet
