Mosher Products Organic Hard Red Winter Wheat Bucket, 33 Pound

The white wheat from this company was the best! Without comparison! This batch of red wheat is marginal at best. It appears a bad crop was mixed with a good one on this product. There are green and dark berries(I would guess these are bad) mixed in with the nice golden berries I expect to see. I can't find the white anymore but won't be buying the red again. When I make bread with this red, it won't get to the point where the dough cleans the bowl so something's wrong with this batch.

Didn't grow as high as I thought, but it was still somewhat sweet

I have a small home electric wheat grinder. This wheat has made my bread more flavorful with a better texture. So far I have not found any adulterations like little stones that might clog up my grinder. Like it!

super quick shipping. good product. threw some berrys in a pot of dirt, added some water and in a few days i had shoots. now it's long and lush. make for a good juice once i put in the blender

The product was of good quality. Packaging is very good.
