Had to return wasn't effective.

Falls ashort soon the wheel chair moves, pus the strips were so short.So unless they are just sitting in guess it will work, but I would not advertise it as for a wheel chair.

Yes these foot warmers are great especially here in lowell Mass ,it gets pretty cold .
