Size way off
Despite purchasing an 'XXL' sized hat it ended up being miserably small. I should have checked the 'size guide' prior to purchase where it suggests 'one size fits all'. Raises the question, why advertise them as different sizes at all? It's a shame because the hat itself is of a very good quality indeed.

Great hat - terrible packaging
Great looking titfer, just what I was after. However, it arrived squashed flat in a plastic bag, now there is a kink in the crown that I just can't get rid of. Great hat - terrible packaging!

Great bush hat
Brought this for my hubby as it is the only type of hat he wears in the summer. I had to replace the one we had brought in South Africa and this one seemed the closest. He is really thrilled with it.
