Join MetroFitness and receive a free fitness assessment called MICROFIT. It includes testing of body fat, vital signs, blood pressure, aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. Using this information, our fitness professionals will design an individualized program to meet your specific fitness needs and goals. This health service takes about 30 minutes and can be repeated every half year. MetroFitness is the only facility in Montgomery to offer FITLINXX. It's a computerized tracking and monitoring system to manage your personal strength training sessions. During an introductory meeting with a personal trainer, the member gets set up on the system and receives a full introduction to the equipment. Once the individual strength training program is set up, FitLinxx serves as an automated personal trainer during each workout. We also grant our members a MEMBERSHIP FREEZE OPTION. It applies to each individual member and to any period of time or cause Â-health, travel, work or personal circumstances. We want our members to have flexibility in the use of their membership and have full peace of mind. Members have the opportunity to bring GUESTS FOR FREE ON SUNDAYS. On any other day of the week, a $10 guest fee applies. No children below 16 years of age are allowed.
