17433 Stainless Steel Grid Compatible with Weber 18.5" Charcoal Grills

We use the metal basket from an old washing machine for campfires. This grill fits perfectly on the top. It's really nifty that you can open the grill to adjust the coals while you're cooking food.

I don't know why Weber doesn't charge an extra ten bucks and give you a stainless grill in the first place. Between this and a new set of easy-clean louvers, my grill is like new. (No grill is "Easy to clean," but this one cleans as good as it gets, and you don't have to worry about scraping off your chrome plating when you scrub.)

it was just what I wanted....fits the grill perfectly...and easy to clean.

This grate is heads and shoulders better than the grate that came with my Weber Jumbo Joe...both in material and workmanship. Period.

Cleans up better and faster also doesn't flake off chrome into your food. I make sure that I take it off the fire when the food comes off the fire and I don't put it over the coals until needed
