Curse of the Kings: A Novel

Never read this in my childhood, but really enjoyed reading about Egypt.

I read this first as a teen and loved it. I love Victoria Holt. She is the best novelist.

It isn’t one of my favorite Victoria Holt books. It was slow going at first but by the end of the book I was hooked. I recommend even if not a 5 star story.

I have read this at least once a year since I was 15 years old. Lost it, even though it was coming unbound ten years ago and finally could buy it again. I'm in my sixties and love this story even more. It was Victiria Holt that got me hooked on reading, and in particular, Curse of the Kings. And my love of Egypt. Judith and Tybolt are my dearest of friends after all this time. Love, love, LOVE this book. You will too. It's an oldie but goodie, I promise!

This book arrived on time and well-packaged, and in good condition as advertised. The storyline is most interesting and there's a sense of almost constant suspense, which I love. Great story, great book, great vendor.

I bought this because in my teen years I used to read books by pen name Victoria Holt. I borrowed this one from a public library and before I could finish it we had to move to another city, so it had to be returned. Now I get to finish it after all these years, and better still, I get to keep it and hold in my hand a piece of my late teen years. Thank you.
